Third Doctor

Revamped my Third Doctor sprite considerably. Not sure why I changed his smoking jacket from the green one to the red. I might use the green one again if I do a second seperate Third Doctor sprite (in a different pose). Made the proportions a lot better (my old sprite looked a bit fat and stumpy) and I tried my best to get the face as Pertwee looking as can be giving the size and palette.
