Kandy Man

The Kandy Man from the Seventh Doctor story 'The Happiness Patrol'. A fun story with this character and the TARDIS getting repainted pink being two of the memorable (and colorful) sights from it.

I haven't done any of these since August so a bit rusty so bit silly of me to try do the only character in the entire history of the show to be even more colorful than the Sixth Doctor but I think it came out ok. Profile of the character is at [link]
