Cycling to Ely 2

Ok so I bought a bicycle last week and have been learning to ride it (bit late in life but who cares) and today I decided to try and bike to the nearest town which is Ely and is about 5 miles away on the direct route. Out of the two main routes I went the safer but longer way (to avoid most of the trucks and buses and stuff) and more scenic it be too so I took some photos. I must have done over 12 miles of cycling today which I think is a lot for someone who only started cycling a week ago. I actually started going the wrong way and ended up in the middle of some fields and stuff and this dude in a pick up truck gave me a lift back to where I went wrong. Anyways I know the nice route now though it is a chore to get through it. Especially on the way home where I was already tired and had the damn wind blowing against me.
